As soon as your products are uploaded to the platform, they immediately go live for buyers to view.
If a buyer displays an interest in your product, they may contact you by either sending you a 'reach out' (a direct message), or they may send you a sample request. You will be notified by email for both of these actions, and you will also receive a notification from your dashboard.
When a buyer sends you either a sample request or a reach out, you will then have full access into engaging in a discussion with them through the secure messaging service we have integrated onto the platform. You can access your reach outs from any time by clicking on the option from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen that reads 'Reach Outs'.
Alternatively, if a buyer sends you a sample request, you can access and view these also from the left-hand side of the screen by clicking on the option that reads 'Sample Requests'. From this page, you will be able to see details of your requests - such as the company of the retailer who has sent it, and the date that the request was sent on. If you click on the sample request, you will then be able to provide details such as the date they were sent, the courier that was used, the tracking number, and the date that the buyer can expect the samples by.
If you would not like to send any samples, you can click 'No Thanks' on the right-hand side of the screen, and we will politely be in contact with the buyer that you would not like to provide samples to them of your product, on this particular occasion.
